The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
This Week's Question is:
If you could only have ONE – one book – for the rest of your life. Don’t cheat…what would it be?
For me it's the perfect balance of a action and romance. Also, I loved learning more about Acheron. Some parts were hard to read, for me that just makes it that much more believable.
Next Week:
Bookshelf Tour. Give us a tour of your bookshelf.

Hopping through. Is that the first book in a series? I've yet to read Kenyon.
ReplyDeleteMy Hop
Actually it is number 14 in the series. But Sherrilyn Kenyon said in a radio interview that I listened to that she creates her books to that they are able to be read as stand-alones. You just get a fuller experience if you read them in order.
DeleteAcheron is my favorite book in the Dark Hunter series, hands down! Great choice Kris :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by earlier, I hope you'll have a great weekend!
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews

If your even thinking of reading Acheron (which is an awesome book), you have to ready yourself for a pretty long series. But it's a good series.

Both romantic and thrilling? Good choice. Although, here is hoping that this book apocalypse never happens :/ New bloglovin follower. My FF
ReplyDeleteYeah, don't know if i could truly only go with one book..
DeleteI like books that are complicated because then rereads are almost necessary (and more interesting)

I haven't read any of Kenyon's books but I hope it is enough to keep you sane from being forced to cooperate in this one book policy program. :D

I've never read anything by her myself. Not much into the romance genre, but I really liked why you chose this.
ReplyDeleteNew blogloving follower.
My FF is at brunnersbookshelf.blogspot.com, if you would like to check out mine.
I've never read it ;) I'll have to check it out. Happy Friday! Old follower.

I read one of your comments above. I like when authors write their books that are in a series as a stand alone book too. Then it's not such a bummer if you haven't read the rest of the series.
ReplyDeleteOooh, this one sounds good. I'm adding it to my TBR list.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my FF! Old follower
You're the second person I saw that picked this book. I was a little intimidated by the number of books in the series but the idea of Atlantean gods sounds cool. Here’s my F&F

It's a good one.. You'll love Acheron from the beginning. :) If you do wind up reading it let me know what you think.
DeleteLove that we picked the same book! Acheron is definitely my favorite...but I have to admit that I'm really curious about Styxx's side and glad that it's coming out next week. Thanks for stopping by this week!
ReplyDeleteTraci @ Mad Hatter Reads
I'm looking forward to reading Styxx's side also... I'll have to wait til my library has it though.
DeleteThis is the second time I've seen this on this hop! I have the doll Acheron... but I've never read the story, LOL!
