As much as I love doing this blog and will continue at some point. My reading has come to a complete halt, I haven't picked up a book in almost a week. Right now I need to take a step back and concentrate on all the real life things that have come up. It looks like I'm going to be moving soon (which wasn't planned at all) and I may not have access to a computer very often when I move.
Taking a step back isn't any easy thing for me to do. I'm the type of person that when I start something I want to keep it going and watch it grow.. I feel like I'm leaving this hanging right in the middle of it all.
Sorry to hear you're reading mojo has left you and that you're having to take a break from blogging. :( I hope things get better soon and the move is as painless as possible!
ReplyDeleteLike I said, I don't like the idea of taking a break but it's probably for the best... I'll try to read some and maybe I'll have a few books finished by the time I start blogging again. :) Have some reviews waiting. The hardest thing about the move is switching my daughter's school.. and I'm not even sure how to go about it.
DeleteSounds like even if the reading mojo came back you'd be too busy with moving stuff to keep up with the blog. Sorry you have to switch your daughter's school on top of the move. Maybe you should call the new school and find out what you need to do?
